Four Seasons - Plavi Horizonti
At AECOM, I contributed to Four Seasons Plavi Horizonti, a 60‑acre luxury hospitality and residential development on Montenegro’s Adriatic coastline - a destination‑scale project integrating resort, villas, wellness, retail and public realm into one coherent experience system. Working with international architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders, I shaped spatial strategy and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure design integrity, contextual architecture and long‑term operational clarity. My role sat at the intersection of experience, systems and delivery, aligning vision, technical performance and environmental integration across a complex, multi‑layered masterplan. The work balanced luxury hospitality expectations with contextual sensitivity, creating a unified coastal environment rooted in Montenegro’s landscape and architectural identity.
