Four Seasons - Plavi Horizonti

Luxury hospitality extends far beyond architecture. It requires every building, landscape and guest interaction to feel like part of a single, coherent experience. At AECOM, I contributed to the Four Seasons Plavi Horizonti masterplan, a 60-acre mixed-use coastal development integrating hospitality, residences, wellness, retail and public spaces into one connected destination. Working alongside international architects, engineers and consultants, I helped coordinate design strategy across disciplines, aligning architectural vision, technical performance and environmental integration throughout a complex masterplan. The focus was not only on delivering individual buildings, but on creating a place where every element contributed to a consistent guest experience and long-term operational clarity. The project reinforced the importance of systems thinking at an urban scale, demonstrating how thoughtful coordination across people, disciplines and environments can transform complex developments into coherent, human-centred experiences.
